What are the dates for the retreat?

Guest are highly encouraged to plan for arrival at the retreat location by 6:30pm on Wednesday, July 31 to take full advantage of the inclusive offers, to meet the facilitators and other retreat attendees, and to get settled. The formal retreat agenda will begin promptly on Thursday, August 1 at 9:30am. The retreat ends on Sunday, Aug 4. 

 

Where is the retreat located?

The retreat will be held in Vilas, North Carolina. Attendees will have this 12-acre property with creeks and trails all to themselves to explore. The retreat will be at a modern double A-Frame cabin in the mountains of North Carolina. 

 

The official event location will be given at the time of purchase.

What is the closest airport to Vilas, North Carolina? 

The closest airport to Vilas is the Tri-Cities Airport (TRI) which is located in is located in Sullivan, Tennessee. It is approximately 65 miles away from the retreat location. That is about 1 hour and 30 min drive.  However, because this airport services parts of Tennessee,, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Virginia - most incoming flights are not direct. Our recommended airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport if you prefer direct flights.

Is there transportation to and from the airport included? 

Yes, transportation to and from the airport is included in each all-inclusive package. You will need to make us aware of the airport you will fly into, airline, and arrival time. In order to take advantage of the pre-arranged transportation you will need to fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We suggest that you plan your arrival accordingly in order to make it to the retreat location by 6:30pm. Example: Transportation will most likely depart no later than 4:00pm from Charlotte in order to arrive by 6:30pm.

Please be advised that this is group transportation and other attendees may be in the vehicle with you. Departure times for transportation will be sent in a confirmation email after purchase. Transportation is pre-arranged for July 31 and August 4, 2024.

Why did you choose a location that would require an 1 hour+ drive? ​

This location was chosen in order to provide an "off the grid, secluded, and peaceful experience for guest. The serene and secluded setting provides a tranquil environment, allowing participants to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Surrounded by nature, the retreat offers a peaceful escape, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and creating an ideal space for relaxation, reflection, and healing. We believe it will be well worth it once you see the view of the mountains!

Are accommodations shared or private?

Accommodations for each bedroom are private unless attendees would like to invite a friend and room share. Each bedroom has a king size bed. 

 

If I share a room with a friend can I split the costs? 

Yes, absolutely!

Will the person I split the cost with also need to pay a registration fee? 

Yes. Each person will need to pay a registration fee to cover items outside of lodging such as meals, transportation, and retreat materials. 

​

What is the cancellation policy for the retreat? 

- Our retreat operates under a strict non-cancellation policy. Once booked, reservations are considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. 
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.
- Participants may transfer their reservation to another person with prior notification to the retreat organizers.
 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible while also considering the commitments made to our retreat leaders and fellow participants. Please review and understand our cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

Is there internet or phone connectivity at the retreat location?

Yes, the cabin has stable wi-fi connection.

Are meals included in the retreat package?

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided every day of the retreat. On Sunday, August 4 there will be a continental style breakfast provided due to a checkout time of 10:00am. You will have an opportunity to provide dietary restrictions at the time of your purchase.

What kind of activities and workshops can I expect at this retreat?

During the retreat, you can expect a diverse range of sessions and activities designed to promote holistic well-being and inner-healing. Inner healing is essential for individuals seeking to fully embrace their purpose, freeing them from the limitations of past experiences. Our approach integrates the bio-psycho-social-spiritual aspects of life, addressing the mind, body, soul, and connection to God.

 

Sessions will also focus on connecting mind and body, breathwork and movement activities to foster a sense of grounding and release, and inner healing sessions aimed at addressing emotional and spiritual well-being.

The majority of our sessions will be conducted in a group setting, encouraging a supportive and communal atmosphere. Additionally, we offer optional one-on-one prayer sessions for those seeking personalized spiritual guidance and reflection. Our goal is to provide a balanced and inclusive experience, allowing participants to explore various aspects of healing in a welcoming group environment.

We believe in integrating faith into the wellness journey, providing a unique and enriching experience that aligns with Christian principles. What is the cost of the retreat?

The cost for the retreat is $1,527 - $1,727. Prices may increase if attendees choose to add on additional wellness services offered on site. 

​

When will registration open?

Registration opens on Monday, February 12, 2024.

​

Will you offer payment plans? 

Yes, guests can choose to split the total costs through After Pay or Pay Pal.  If you are not eligible for After Pay or Pay Pal, please contact us and to arrange a personalized payment plans. Personalized payment plans will be split into no more than 5 payments and must be paid by July 15, 2024.

Is there a deposit due?

Yes, there is a non-refundable $300.00 registration fee at the time of purchase. The $300.00 payment will go towards your final purchase. Each registration fee will be assigned to a room package of your choosing. Select the registration fee that coincides with the room package you would like to choose and then look out for an itemized invoice. The invoice will include the $300.00 payment and you will be able to choose a payment plan at checkout, if needed.

I am bringing a friend, is she included in the total price?

No, additional guests will need to select the guest registration fee of $350.00. 

​

Why is the guest registration fee $50.00 more?

The guest registration fee includes additional retreat materials, transportation, and meals. 

​

When is the due date of each personalized payment plan? 

If you are not using After Pay or Pay Pal Installment plans are billed on the 15th of each month.

These dates don't work for me. When is the next retreat?

If we have an another retreat this year it will be in held in September, October or November. Otherwise, we will see you in 2025. Join the waitlist!
